Terms and Conditions1.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Membership of The Mumpreneurs Networking Club (also referred to as The MNC) is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. These may be subject to change and we shall not be obliged to notify you of changes so please refer to these regularly.
2.Application for Membership Any person living in the UK can apply. We reserve the right to deny membership and refuse access to our meetings and events or online facilities. We shall not be obliged to provide explanation for such refusal and not be liable for such action.
Application can be made in person or online and by submitting such application you are deemed to have accepted such terms and conditions.
3.Benefits of Membership. Two categories of membership exist standard and corporate and different fees apply for each. Corporate membership fee on application – please contact the Founders for more information and criteria.
Benefits of membership can be found on the member benefits page and can be subject to change. Such changes will be notified on our website.
4. Membership Fees Fees are outlined on our website and subject to change without prior notice. Renewal fees are set by the MNC and are set at our discretion. Honourary membership is provided at the discretion of the Founders and maybe withdrawn without notice. You are not obliged to renew your membership.
5. Meetings and Events Members do not need to book a scheduled networking morning. Special events do require booking and payment before attending. Meetings will take place as stated on the website and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Different venues have different crèche arrangements and these are subject to payment locally or occasionally offered as complimentary. These arrangements are subject to alteration without prior notice. The MNC may have to cancel meetings due to factors outside our control. We will endeavour to make every effort to avoid this and notify members but we will not be liable under any circumstances for any cancellation. If a speaker is booked for a special event does not attend The MNC will not be liable for such non-attendance.
Members agree to comply with all health and safety regulations and policies of all host venues.
There is no limit on members from the same profession attending. There is no minimum or maximum number of meetings for attendance. Corporate membership terms and conditions available on application.
The MNC shall not be liable for any illness (or allergic reaction), accident or injury that occurs to members or guests while attending meetings. The MNC will not be liable for the loss or damage to any persons personal or business possessions during a meeting.
7.Cancellation If you wish to cancel your membership you must do so in writing or by email. No Membership fees are refundable. Standing orders must be cancelled by the member at the end of the subscription period if the member is not renewing.
If there are exceptional circumstances as deemed by both the Founders then a membership may be suspended for a short period of time. This is subject to the discretion of the Founders.
The MNC may terminate your membership at any time if your conduct does not fit with the ethos of The MNC. No refund shall be given in such a case and we shall not be obliged to give you a reason for such a termination. In such a case all your details will be removed from our website. And we shall withdraw all other benefits.
8. Data protection and intellectual property. We will respect the information you give us in accordance with the data protection Act 1998. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date. We will use your data to administer your membership.
9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be interpreted accordance with the English law and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. |
