Debbie Mann
Debbie was our first ever Manager and is at the helm in Burgesss Hill and has recently stepped down as Manager for Crawley.  Like a human dynamo she is owner of IPI Property Management Ltd, mum of two and wife of one!

She is passionate about her work with residential property and working with landlords and networking but adores laughter, trips to the theatre (husband - take note!), hiding (ahem) pottering in the greenhouse, dry sunny days and walks with the family.

There are 24 hours in every day and she is well known for trying to squeeze in an extra 30 minutes - well if you want something done ask a busy person!

claire bradford

Claire is the Worthing area manager. Claire set up Straightforward Coaching eight years ago and since then she's been helping people do the things they want to do (and having a ball doing it!) with 1-2-1 coaching, workshops, public speaking and article writing.

"I've really enjoyed meeting such a friendly, inspiring, supportive and knowledgable bunch of people at Mumpreneurs meetings since joining this year and I'm thrilled to be taking over as manager for the Worthing area. I'm proud to be at the helm as we take our networking, and our businesses, from strength to strength in 2012!"

jo yates smithJo Yates Smith runs the hugely successful Brighton group and has been a Mumpreneur from day one. Following a successful career in the motor industry Jo set up Sussex Business Bureau 4 years ago with the aim of supporting growing local businesses by providing the call handling, admin and marketing support they need to stay sane and maintain a good work life balance. In Jo's words 'Too many business owners have just too much to do and end up spending their evenings doing accounts writing quotes and trying to return all the calls they have missed during the day. This not only becomes a real burden but also makes the business look unprofessional and it is my personal mission to help in any way I can'.

In her personal life Jo leads by example and counts the quality time with her two girls and husband Paul as the most important part of her life. A particular favourite pastime of Jo's is gymnastics 'Not me' she laughs 'but my daughters'.

Louise
Louise is the Teddington area manager, and runs her own image consultancy business, ImageHappy. Prior to setting it up 3 years ago, she spent 15 years managing maternity services and so has got a fairly good idea of what women need, and her business aim is to make women feel better about themselves both inside and out.

Louise is also a mum to 2 school age boys (she has also got a fairly good idea of what small boys like - food and wooden sticks!). In her spare time she would like to be found surfing netaporter.com whilst sipping cappuccino - in reality she is usually picking up Star Wars Lego pieces from the floor and confiscating DSis from her sons!

She is really excited about bringing Mumpreneurs to Teddington which is a hotbed of savvy business mums!

Dawn GracieDawn, our Chichester Area Manager, is an experienced entertainer and has spent eight years developing her various stage personas, from rock to retro. In 2011 following her winning the prestigious title of Best Dressed at Goodwood Revival, an invitation to show off  her outfit at a local nursing home gave her the idea and encouragement to put together a retro repertoire and launch her new act Dawn's Vintage Do.

Having been obsessed with all things vintage (mainly 50's and 60's) for most of her life and with friends and family frequently telling her 'you were born in the wrong era!', this was the perfect opportunity for her to work with a nostalgic musical genre and allow her to showcase her extensive collection of vintage outfits.

Together with Dawn's infectious enthusiasm and stage presence, the whole package includes audience participation as well as some good old skirt swinging tunes to boot! As an extension to her entertainment package, Dawn is now a qualified Burlesque instructor and uses this to teach women self confidence and how to have feminine fun with  fire in their eyes.

Dawn also writes a weekly 'Woman in Business' column and in April 2013 Dawn won the Observer & Gazette 'Business Personality of the Year' award at a glittering ceremony, on account of her work with Mumpreneurs and as a vintage entertainer.

Ali Brown
Ali is the Area Manager for Arundel and Littlehampton. She is a mobile holistic therapist and has been running her business since 2000. Ali has been passionate about complimentary therapies ever since aromatherapy cleared her eczema after suffering for 14 years and she used to use steroid creams.

She has been married for 24 years and has two boys aged 20 and 16, so once a mum always a mum!!  Ali is also Chairman of Arun and District branch of the Federation of Small Businesses and is interested in businesses and lobbying in protecting entrepreneurs. Her interests are in crafting, knitting and making cards. She also enjoys reading and watching anything on TV that is of sport or syfy such as Stargate or Town Called Eureka. She enjoys walking and in September completed a 26 mile walk for Help for Heroes. That is her favourite charity as her husband served in the Army.

carol firth
Carol is the Area Manager for Putney, Barnes and Sheen and also runs a growing global botanical health and beauty business with Arbonne International. Prior to running a home-based business, Carol was a PR professional for over 20 years during which time she learnt the importance of it’s not what you know but who you know!  She likes nothing better than meeting new people, encouraging them to connect with each other and then, ever the socialite, helping to celebrate their success stories!

Being the mother of two teenage boys she has become adept at sorting out floordrobes, teaching them the importance of personal grooming and to always look on the bright side of life. In her spare time (what’s that?) she can usually be spotted on the tennis court but networking is never far from her mind as, after all, her mouth is her office!

Jane Hames
Jane is the Shoreham-By-Sea manager and has been an IT Trainer since 1998. In 2011, Jane set up Glide Training Ltd which specializes in bespoke, in-company IT Applications and Personal Development Training. This includes essential business skills such as Microsoft Office, Project Management, communication, relationship building, managing stress and presentation skills. Jane has always loved the problem solving and creative thinking side of identifying training needs and her creative background really enhances the needs analysis, design and delivery of training. The Glide Trainers each have around 15 years’ experience of working with businesses from a very wide range of industries and offer training in London and the South.

Jane joined The Mumpreneurs Networking Club in January 2012 and quickly decided that this inspirational bunch of people was just what she needed to help her business succeed. She has been a manager since May 2012 and it truly fulfils her desire to continue her own personal development, develop Glide Training and to support the success and growth of other local businesses and business owners.
Jane also enjoys being a busy mum to two small boys and when there’s a spare moment she can be found dancing, painting or camping!

TheaThea is the manager of the Horsham branch and is a Personal Happiness Trainer.  Her business – Fireworks Coaching Ltd – helps women become more confident, fulfilled and happy by teaching them to think differently and introduce daily happiness habits.

She lives with her incredibly supportive husband Chris and their 3 children, Harvey, Jasmine and Zach.  She loves being a mum and after 10 years just might be getting the hang of it!

Thea loves food, friends, watching the sea, gin and tonics and dancing to 80s music.  When she has a spare moment you’ll find her reading a positive psychology book learning about the way our brains work.  She’s a recovering perfectionist, so (most of the time) has stopped saying ‘should’ and setting impossibly high standards and is now embracing imperfection, risk and adventure, and it turns out to be much more fun!

JudithJudith became the manager of East Grinstead & Crawley in April 2012, after just a few short months as a member, having found the people so inspiring she jumped at the chance of heading up her local branch.

Judith’s business, Powerful You, is all about helping women to be their best in business between networking, by turning those moments of panic, overwhelm and being stuck, into calm, confident action. She runs group coaching, webinars and workshops, or for those wanting faster results, 121’s can be just the ticket.

The rest of the time Judith can be found looking after her partner and young daughter, and occasionally fitting in some exercise (outside if poss), reading (ooh luxury), planning the extension and time out with friends if she’s lucky!

Jenny
Jenny is the manager of the Chiswick branch, is proud to be Swedish but loves living in the UK.  She started off as a language teacher, then moved on to corporate business working as IT project manager for Volvo.

She relocated to the UK after having met “the love of her life” and became a step mum of 3 pre-teenagers. Marriage and 2 baby daughters quickly followed and she gave up her position at Volvo to enjoy life at home taking care of the big family. After 5 1/2 years devoting herself to the family it was time to do something new. Jenny took the opportunity to start up as self-employed working for me&i – Swedish design for cool kids.

She says "I came across MNC haphazardly thinking I was going to a network meeting when in fact it was a “finding new managers” meeting. I walked away after having met so many interesting people feeling totally inspired to start a group in Chiswick".

Jenny is passionate about family, friends, food and travel and enjo
ys body combat classes at the gym, watching Scandinavian crime series & reading good books.

Charlotte
Charlotte is the manager of Emsworth and Havant. She runs Frog Hollow Catering which has been established for six years and specialises in Catered events and Sweet Art cake, craft and design. Charlotte's catering career started over 20 years ago and she has loved every minute of it.

How it all started… From a young age, Charlotte had dreams of becoming a chef and her biggest dream was to set up her own catering company. Her career started in London, cooking for restaurants and director’s dining rooms, she then left the UK for the sunny Mediterranean working on charter yachts and more recently in France, managing private luxury villas and chalets. Returning to the UK in 2006, Charlotte realised my dream.
Frog Hollow Catering was born and has grown from a small tadpole to a successful business.

Charlotte takes great pride in her work and particularly enjoys the attention to detail. She came across MNC  last December 2011 and decided straightaway that it offered exactly the kind of business networking she had been looking for - realising that there wasn’t a group in her local area, Charlotte decided to join the team and spread the networking love by becoming the MNC manager for Emsworth and Havant.

When at rest - she can usually be found with her nose in a cookery book or at the allotment helping her husband plant and harvest fruit and vegetables.

TanithLeeTanith has been a loyal member of MNC since 2010 and is now the Haywards Heath Manager. Tanith says ‘MNC has allowed me to connect with many different people who I would not have normally met. The feeling of support and genuine care in the group is invaluable and, with help of others, Tanith Lee Fitness has gone from strength to strength. The opportunity to become the manager of Haywards Heath seemed like a natural progression to give something back’

Specialising in working with 40+ female clients to help women get their ‘mojo’ back, Tanith is able to empathise with her clients having experienced some challenging life issues including an early menopause.

Tanith is married to a very patient and supportive husband and has two great kids. She spends her time juggling kids, work, friends and fun. Her favourite place to be is near the sea and is an avid book reader (ideally the two together). She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle through good food and exercise. Her clients are glad she is ‘human’ and that she enjoys tea and cake.
