Number of visits: 5000 MNC will be celebrating the 5000 visits through it’s doors since inception, in style this year with a huge donation of services, skills, practical help and mentoring from it’s dedicated membership. 5000 minutes of mentoring, business skills and services are being sought among the MNC members to help young, disadvantaged mothers start and succeed in business. Nicky and Sara are asking their members help them celebrate this astonishing 5000 milestone in the clubs young history by donating 60 or 120 minutes to help get a young disadvantaged mother inspired to set up or progress in their business. Members who participate will be invited to the 5000 celebration party and press call at The Brighton Wheel (TBC) on the 5th October. MNC Managers may also be organising events that their local members can also get involved in. MNC members have a wealth of business skills and services that could well inspire the next Laura Tennison or Jacqueline Gold and young mothers are among some of the most overlooked in the business world. MNC members joining in will be on a published list and benefit from the P.R. surrounding the celebrations. "Giving women the chance to become financially independent and make the most of their talents is the key to higher living standards and stronger economies.” Cherie Blair, Founder, Cherie Blair Foundation Women and especially young mothers are among the most overlooked for enterprise help and investment. Directors of MNC say "our members are savvy, forward thinking, generous and very supportive of each other we know that they will rise to the challenge of giving a young Mother the benefit of their wisdom or some practical help in getting started." Members keen to take part by donating 60 or 120 minutes of their time should in the first instance email info@agoodgossip.co.uk with the service, mentoring or practical help they are offering before 28th June. On 28th June the P.R. campaign headed by Jen Trew online and Miranda Birch offline, will start in earnest! A design competition to find the best depiction of MNC’s 5000 will run as part of the celebrations to finds a design worthy of the publicity literature and postcards. The Celebration party will be held at the Brighton Wheel (TBC) on October 5th and places will be limited to 50. There’ll be rides and a reception for those who are attending. We will have music, champagne and cupcakes – what more could a girl want! There will be a press campaign both online and offline for businesses taking part and a sponsorship package for the businesses that would like to be high profile throughout this event.
